The town of Dennis is named after the first minister who lived in this saltbox in the early 1700s. The museum displays early life in Dennis, children's room, spinning and weaving exhibits, a maritime wing, and raised bed gardens. There is also a one room schoolhouse, circa 1770, on the property. Open June 22-September 28. Admission is free.
