The Donald Trayser Museum was once the U.S. Customs House and is now home to the Coast Guard Heritage Museum. An exhibition spanning the local history of the Coast Guard and its predecessors. Exhibits include model ships, protocol manuals, swords and pistols, telescopes, binoculars, maps and powder flasks. Interesting paintings and photographs of disasters in the waters off the Cape. There is a modest admission fee.
