The State Park consisting of 611 acres is located off Rt. 4. The park is perched above the spectacular 200' deep Quechee Gorge, one of Vermont's true natural attractions. Take in the view from the Rt. 4 bridge or walk the hiking trails down into the Gorge. The dam at Dewey Mill pond has created a lovely waterfall. North Hartland Lake is a great place to swim and fish. The park has 47 spacious and private tent/trailer sites and seven lean-tos, hot showers and dumping stations. Several area attractions are all close by.
