The Red Pheasant housed in a 200 year old barn on historic Old King's Highway features Classic Cuisine, fine wines and a wonderful romantic atmosphere. Wide planked wood floors, exposed beams, two fireplaces, Victorian brass light fixtures and candlelight in our intimate dining room that is set with white linens, fresh flowers, and hand-blown glassware. The wait-staff is one of the best, the wine list is extensive, and the food superb. The menu changes two or three times a year, and nightly specials always include game dishes. The Red Pheasant has a reputation for its native seafood, veal, duckling and beef offerings and they serve an excellent rack of lamb.
